The North Shore Arts Association, founded in 1922, is a continuously functioning artist membership housed in a 100-year-old barn which overlooks Gloucester’s (MA) inner harbor. It is a close neighbor to the Rocky Neck Art Colony. The original purpose and aim of the Association was to bring together each year a comprehensive and representative exhibition of painting and sculpture, and to persuade other artists to come to the North Shore and help in the effort to further American art. That continues to be our mission today as a non-profit group.
One of our major fundraising efforts is our annual live auction. This year, we are very excited to participate with liveauctionneers.com to broaden our outreach to those who might not be able to travel to Cape Ann.
We invite you to view our fine art offerings.
