Consigning Items for Auction
If you are considering selling items by auction, please contact Grand View for an assessment of your property and sales objectives. You may send photographs of the objects you are considering consigning or arrange a scheduled visit for a personal consultation. A Consignment Agreement (Contract) is used to record information about the consignor and the objects consigned for sale. The completed contract is between the consignor and Grand View and is legally binding. It must be signed by the consignor and by an Alabama licensed auctioneer acting as agent for Grand View. This contract lists all fees and charges associated with consigning inventory to Grand View. No property can be consigned without the completed signed contract.
