Our Services
Liquidations: We are a full service auction company. Offering liquidation services to Estate Executors, Attorneys, Realtors and Private Individuals.
We offer several options depending on the situation.
We can move items to our location for auction in which we would charge a commission and moving fee.
We can make an outright purchase of an estate, including disposal and removal for one flat price.
We can offer broom sweep cleanout services for estates.
We sell Real Estate at auction and have PA licensed Real Estate agents on staff.
Appraisals: We offer appraisals for Estate taxes, Insurance replacement values, Donation and Divorce.
Consignments: We are always seeking quality consignments for our auctions. We offer competitive commission rates to our consignors. Please contact us to discuss your needs. We also purchase single items to entire estates.
Our Auctions
We conduct our auctions on a regularly scheduled basis, holding general auctions of 1200-1500 items every other week. We also conduct nationally advertised catalog auctions quarterly. We have conducted at least two auctions per month for the past 16 years without fail.
