Western Asset Reserve comprises a number of related entities, each with its particular expertise. The combined group has decades of experience in the acquisition and sale of investment grade real property as well as personal property. Our location in Hawaii is central to our business as much of our investment grade personal property, other than coins or stamps, comes through the markets in Asia.
While markets in the US and Western Europe are often viewed as “tapped-out” as far as new discoveries of under-valued personal property, the markets of Asia are not and often yield significant finds. We regularly combine our expertise with that of professionals overseas to evaluate personal property finds.
Western Land Trust is our US real estate arm and is an acquirer of significant amounts of distressed real property in the Western US. Our experts know their way around real estate due diligence and are able to find significant values at very reasonable cost.
