Preview for the sale will be from 12:00 Noon to 6:00PM on May 30, from 8:00 to 10:00AM on May 31 & June 1. The location of the preview and the actual sale is the Lambertville Auction Center, 333 N. Main St., Lambertville, NJ. This is approximately 45 miles north of Philadelphia and 75 miles south of New York City.

Terms of sale
1. Condition of Goods:
In publishing this catalog Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold but all property being offered is to be sold Òas isÓ. No statement in this catalog, bill of sale, invoice, or elsewhere by any representative of, or person in the employ of Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to age condition, size, quality, variety, im-portance, provenance, or historical relevance of any of these items.
2. Disputes:
The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute the Auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to re-open the bidding or not.
3. Title to Goods:
Title to all merchandise shall pass to the successful bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's 'hammer'. The purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed.
4. Removal of Goods:
All property must be removed from the premises by 7:00 PM on the final day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
5. Payment Terms:
All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale. Payment may be made by cash, travelers check, Visa/Mastercard, American Express or personal check if you are known to Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. Those not known to us must obtain prior approval in order to settle accounts by personal or business check. Approval will be granted on the basis of personal reference from those known to us or upon presentation of a ÒLetter of GuaranteeÓ from an officer of your bank. This letter should state an exact amount of funds guaranteed and should be presented to the cashier at time of registration. In any event, Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. reserves the right to hold all merchandise paid for by check until such check clears. All payment made with major credit cards (Visa/MC/A,Ex) will be subject to a 3% service charge.
6. Errors:
Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. is not responsible for any typographical or any other errors or omissions in this catalog or subsequent price key.
7. Sales Tax:
This sale is subject to New Jersey Sales Tax. To qualify for exemption bring a photocopy of your resale certificate. Out of state resale numbers are accepted.
8. Buyer's Premium:
All items are sold subject to a 10% premium which will be added to the successful bid price and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
9. Absentee Bidding:
As a service to customers Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. will execute absentee bids if so authorized in writing under the provisions herein specified. Absentee bids should be made on the Bidder Form bound in this catalog. This form should be clearly and completely filled out and accompanied by a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total bid. Deposit checks of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 7 business days from the date of the auction. Bids made in odd dollar amounts will be reduced to a more appropriate increment. All absentee bids will be executed competitively during the sale, items will be purchased for the lowest price possible regardless of the amount of the order bid. We can not accept ÒbuyÓ bids. In the event of tie bids between absentee bidders and those in attendance preference will be given to the attending bidder. Where two absentee bidders bid the same amount the first received will be honored. Successful buyers will be notified within one week of the sale. Accounts not settled within 30 days of the sale will be subject to forfeiture of all deposits and loss of title to the property. Small items will be shipped by Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. for a charge of $15.00 per container (unless objects are oversize or require special packaging) plus shipping and insurance charges. Shipping of larger items can be arranged. This service is offered as a convenience and Noel Barrett Antiques & Auctions Ltd. will not be responsible for any errors or failures to properly execute absentee bids.
