Auction XXXIII - Autographs & Memorabilia

Signature House welcomes you to our 33rd offering of over 1000 lots, closing in two Live sessions. Collectors may choose from a choice selection of vintage and contemporary historical autographs, documents, manuscripts and related collectibles in all categories. Most sought after are the Signers of the Declaration of Independence such as Benjamin Franklin, and Presidents from Washington to George Bush. Of note is an uncommon document signed by Emperor Hirohito of Japan and rare detailed early German notes of rocket propulsion engineer Helmut Zoike with drawings of the V-2 rocket. He was one of the scientists to accompany Wehrner von Braun to the United States. Plus early astronauts and other aviation pioneers and explorers. We also have art by Raul Dufy and F. Vaux Wilson with signed photos of Walt Disney highlighting our animators and cartoonists section. First Printing signed books include Sweet Tuesday by Steinbeck and Spirit of St. Louis by Lindbergh, plus an unsigned First Printing of Death of a Salesman. Military collectors can choose from Napoleon to the heroes of Desert Storm with an emphasis on Civil War and WW II notables. A great selection of vintage to contemporary entertainment includes composers and classical performers. Vintage sports include boxers Sullivan and Fitzsimmons. There are Wild West lawmen and outlaws such as Bonnie & Clyde, labor leaders to captains of industry. These and many more are sure to pique your collecting and investment interests.
