NFL Auction's Super Bowl XXXIX Live Auction

All bids are binding. Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales are final. All bids will be verified by eBays Live Auction technology or by telephone with the bidder, using the telephone number associated with the bidder's eBay account. Bids that cannot be verified will be cancelled. International orders are accepted. The buyer pays all shipping, handling, and customs / duty charges. Shipping and handling and other charges for buyers outside the Continental U.S. will be determined upon receipt of shipping address. Visa is the preferred method of payment. MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are acceptable. Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted. Personal checks are also accepted, but require 10 business days for clearance before item is shipped. Checks and money orders should be payable to NFL Auctions. Payment terms must be arranged with within three business days of auction completion. If payment terms cannot be arranged, bid may be cancelled. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Buyer pays all shipping and applicable insurance or other costs. No shipment will be sent until credit card authorization is obtained or a check/money order has cleared. All items will be shipped Express Saver three-day service unless otherwise arranged. All items will be shipped with insurance (with insured value equal to winning bid) against loss or damage at Buyer's expense. NFL Auctions is not liable for any acts or omissions on the part of the shipping company. Such shipping company may carry its own insurance and any claim for loss or damage should be addressed directly to the shipping company. New York State residents must add sales tax of 8.25% to the sale price.
