1. We believe the descriptions to be fair & accurate, but they are our opinion, and The Seller, Cataloger, or Auctioneers, assume no liability for mis-description of any lot in this catalog. The buyer is relying on their own inspection and not any representation made by the seller or seller’s agent. 2. All lots are sold AS-IS with any and all faults. 3. All questions must be received within 10 hours of the start of the auction. 4. All purchases will be paid prior to shipping. 5. Bidders will receive an emailed invoice within 3 days of the end of the auction. This invoice will include combined shipping for multiple purchases. 6. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice and shall be made with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Pennsylvania Check, Money Order, or Bank Check. 7. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be added to the purchase price of each item purchased online. 8. Hassinger & Courtney Auctioneers will not be held responsible for the non-execution of bids. 9. Additional photos & condition reports on all items are available for you prior to bidding. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. 10. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs. 11. Acceptance of a bidding number, or bidding on an item indicates your acceptance of these terms.
