The balance of the winning bid must be made payable to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital and is due on or before two (2) business days prior to vehicle delivery. All payments must be made to RM Auctions, Inc. in the form of cash or certified funds unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. Cash payments will be reported according to U.S. Federal government requirements. 4. All sales are as is and where is. Bidder is responsible for inspections and verification of condition, authenticity, and completeness of any vehicle purchased. No warranties or representations of any type whatsoever are made by RM Auctions, Inc. Statements printed in catalogs, brochures, signs, window cards and verbal statements made by auctioneers or auction staff are representations made by the seller and RM Auctions, Inc. has no obligation to verify or authenticate any such claims or representations. Any announcements made at the time of sale supersede any earlier printed information. 5. Buyer is responsible for all risk of loss or damage immediately upon retail delivery of the vehicle. 6. Final bid price does not include applicable taxes on the vehicle purchased. Buyer is responsible to pay all city, state or other taxes due for which the buyer does not qualify as exempt. Proof of exemption is buyers responsibility. 7. All terms of sale posted on the online auction website, printed, publicly announced or otherwise published are incorporated herein by reference. 8. Bidder represents and agrees that the Vehicle will be registered in the United States and shall not be exported from the United States for a minimum period of 12 months from retail delivery. 9. Person bidding online must be 21 years of age or older. No minors are allowed to bid. 10. If buyer sues RM Auctions, Inc. and does not prevail, buyer will reimburse RM Auctions, Inc. for all legal fees and expenses in connection with said suit.
