Every effort has been made to catalog all items accurately, but R. G. Munn Auction llc does not guarantee the correctness of descriptions, approximate ages, materials, tribal designations, amount of repair or restoration, usage, condition or defects. Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Live phone bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person. There will be a charge of $15.00 per item. Must be accompanied by a credit card. Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged. SHIPPING Unless noted REQUIRES SPECIAL SHIPPING items that are not picked up at the auction WILL BE CHARGED $10.00 per item shipping and insurance fees. Items will be shipped priority US mail or UPS ground. If you want them shipped another way you must pay the additional shipping and insurance charge. All items will be insured. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS or USPS. Oversized items and paintings that need wood crates will be charged for crates. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until checks have cleared the bank. Items will be shipped in the order they are paid for.
