Blue Pallets are not included in sale of items. All Items are sold as LOTS. Winning Bidders will be emailed a Paypal invoice at the end of the auction for payment. WarehouseLiquidations.us makes no warranties and specifically disclaims any warranties, express or implied as to the equipment or its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No implied warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance is given by WarehouseLiquidations.us or shall arise by or in connection with this contract and/or company's conduct in relation thereto or to the purchase, and in no event shall WarehouseLiquidations.us be liable on any such warranty with respect to any equipment. WarehouseLiquidations does its best to accurately describe equipment, however all equipment is sold on an "as is" basis. Please note weights and quantities are estimates and not 100% accurate. Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 business days, the winning bidder is liable for 15% of the final auction price or $200, whichever is greater. The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. Shipping charges do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. If you are unaware of these costs, please request a shipping quote. Sales tax will be charged on any transaction in New Jersey. Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server. After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise. For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the clearance of the merchandise for a fee. By bidding on this auction, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the condition of this merchandise provided in the in the description of this listing. All merchandise is and being sold in as is condition. No Item can be returned without a return authorization signed by a warehouseliquidations officer. In the event of an authorized return, freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
