Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: Full payment, including the buyers of 17.5% premium, should be received within 10 days of the sale conclusion. Accepted forms of payment include checks, bank checks, cash, and VISA or MasterCard. Credit card information should include: 1) the card holder's name as it appears; 2) the 16 digit card number and the carrier (MasterCard or Visa); 3)the expire date; and 4) the three digit security code on the back of the card. Such information should be received within ten days after the sale conclusion. Send this information by email(gordon@converseclocks.com)or relayed by phone call (610-722-9004). Some bidders are required to submit credit card information prior to the sale. Checks and drafts mailed should be made out to and sent to "Gordon Converse & Co.", 758 Mancill Rd, Wayne, PA 19087. We reserve the right to clear checks before property is removed from the salesroom.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES: Under certain conditions we can arrange to deliver items, but we do not pack and ship. Any transactions about shipping are with the shipper you designate or our recommended UPS stone. We will contact the UPS Store for you unless you designate otherwise. Information about your purchase will be passed along to the UPS Store, after the payment is made. They will quote you a shipping cost with a 20% discount on the packaging. After your approval and payment, they will pick the items up here and pack and send them onto you. Call 610-975-0860 prior to the sale if you'd like a quote on shipping cost prior to the sale. If you wish to pick your items up you may do so September 12th and 13th between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at our warehouse located at: 1128 Greenhill Rd; West Chester, PA. Any items not picked up or shipped via UPS Store within 10 days of the sale conclusion might be subject to a storage fee. If you arrange for a shipper service they must notify us directly several days in advance so we can arrange for their arrival. We are not responsible for anything that remains here for more than 10 days after the sale and storage charges might be owed before they can be picked up.
