No returns will be accepted from online buyers without prior written permission & at the discretion of TTES. All successful bid prices, hammer prices, will be subject to a 20% buyer's premium on any liveauctioneers.com sales. The buyer's premium is added to the successful bid price. Payment methods accepted are by Visa, Master Card, Discover or PayPal credit card. We do not accept PayPal E-checks. All payments are made in US dollars at the current international rate of exchange on the date of the purchase. TTES will ship both domestically and internationally for actual US Postal Service Priority Mail cost to be paid by the buyer, with no additional handling fees charged. The buyer agrees to pay the actual cost of shipping insurance. All applicable duties, taxes, and any other fees levied including any international taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No item will be shipped until fully paid for. All reasonable efforts will be made by TTES to ship in a timely manner to the registered address. TTES cannot be held responsible for any lot lost, stolen or damaged by any postal carrier. TTES reserves the right to resell any item not paid for promptly. Where Pennsylvania Sales Tax is applicable it is computed on the total purchase price including the buyer's premium, shipping & insurance costs. A valid PA. sales tax license is required for sales tax exemption and must be presented to our satisfaction. TTES is authorized by the Dept. of State in PA. to collect sales tax where applicable. Generally, in accordance with PA. Code, pacode.com Chapter 53, Clothing Article 2, the sale or use of clothing is not taxable. The sale or use of accessories, ornamental wear, formal day or evening apparel, fur articles, and sporting goods and sporting clothing shall be subject to tax unless the purchaser is entitled to claim an exception under the law.
