Auction house can't cancel pre-bids. Nor do we have access to pre-bids. We can't adjust,change,delete, or cancel them in any way possible. Prior to bidding, please be sure you are ready, willing and able to complete payment for all items you bid on. And ask any questions about the items within 24 hours of auctions start. Failure to ask questions in time before auctions start will not change the winners obligation to remit payment within two days of auctions closing. These terms are very important because there are no returns,refunds or exchanges. We stand behind all merchandise to be exactly as described. Absentee and online bids are accepted. The auction house sells merchandise with mechanical movements like clocks,watches and locking mechanisms without representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the future condition of said movements. The auction house reserve the right to cancel winning bids and refund or credit buyers if any payments are received on merchandise that is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered prior to auction. Low and high estimates are for the auctioneers uses only, buyers should not use these figures as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are available on items listed as including an appraisal. This auction house reserves the right to refuse return requests. And non-paying bidders must deal with collection agencies directly. And will be responsible for any restocking, custom duties and taxes that may occur. We will not be held responsible under any circumstances for claims made against us for failure of anyone's internet services, technical, or software problems during auctions. Nor will we be responsible for missed bids or bids placed accidentally or by mistake. Bidders that wish to be certain their bids are received should use the proxy-bidding feature leaving their maximum bid 24 hours in advance. The auction house can't be held responsible for any interruptions during auctions if internet services fail to work properly. By sending us your request to become a bidder you have agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions.

If you are a winning bidder you will receive an invoice after the auction has ended. Payment is due within 48 hours after auction has concluded. Please make contact with our office within this time frame with your payment method if other then PayPal. Please also include 7.50 for USPS Priority shipping US with signature confirmation. And 16.50 for International Priority.
