HM CONSIGNMENT SHOP Acceptance of high bid is a legal and binding contract. Payment for all purchases must be made in full 7 days after receipt of email invoice. We accept PayPal, cashiers checks and money orders for payments. If payment is not made within 10 days of receiving email invoice, lot(s) may no longer be available for purchase and may be re-listed for future auctions. All sales are FINAL. There are no returns allowed. There are no warranties either expressed, written or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for use of any item in the auction. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect each item and bid accordingly. Accepted Forms of Payment: PayPal, money order, cashiers checks only, please. Shipping: HM Consignment Shop will ship small items & will help arrange shipping of large items at the buyer's expense. Shipping costs are extra and will be added to the winner's invoice. Depending on your item, you may be invoiced a second time for shipping costs.
