Due to the nature of antique and vintage items it is important to carefully inspect all photographs prior to bidding for age appropriate wear, variations or flaws. Multiple pictures are posted for each lot allowing for close inspection of lot contents. While we do our best to describe major imperfections and flaws that may be present, you should expect vintage and antique items to have some signs of aging. We do not deep clean vintage and antique items as this can reduce their value and cause damage to fragile treasures. We can not guarantee that any vintage or antique item has never been exposed to pets or smoke so any potential bidder with sensitivities should consider this prior to bidding. It is possible that jewelry lots may have items with missing stones or damaged clasps that are not described. It is very important to closely inspect all pictures as they are part of the description. Winning Bid Constitutes an Immediate Transfer of Title: Title to the offered lot shall pass to the buyer at the lot's ending time, when declared 'sold' to the highest bidder. The buyer shall pay the full amount declared by the highest winning bid plus the shipping cost quoted in the lot's description. Mandatory insurance through USPS is calculated and invoiced based on the total purchase price of all lots won. Buyers will receive an invoice at the end of the auction and full payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Multiple lot wins by a single buyer, shipped to the same address, will be billed only for actual shipping cost. This constitutes a large discount on shipping and unlike most auction houses, A Timeless Treasure never charges a handling fee to prepare your wins for shipping! Shipping: A Timeless Treasure packs each winning lot carefully, using professional packing materials including packing paper and bubble wrap. Jewelry is carefully bagged individually, and multiple lot wins will be bagged and wrapped individually but shipped together to buyer's registered address. Once shipped, buyers will receive an email indicating your merchandise has been shipped and will include tracking information. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Applicable taxes: Unless exempted by California law, the buyer shall be required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax or compensating use tax on the total purchase price of lots won. Buyer's Breach of Conditions of Sale: If the buyer fails to pay within 48 hours of receipt of invoice, A Timeless Treasure may, in addition to asserting all remedies available by law, including the right to hold such defaulting buyer liable for the purchase price, cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages any payment made by the buyer.
