The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept credit cards and we will give a 2% discount if you pay by cash (In House Only), checks, and Bank Transfers. MANATEE GALLERIES INC. reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by MANATEE GALLERIES, INC. to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all INTERNET bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyers who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. All invoices for merchandise MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER THAT DATE. All legal execution or prosecution will be in accordance with Florida law and will prosecuted in the state of Florida. All items are due out by 5 pm on the 2nd Friday after the auction. Storage Fees of $10 per day per lot may apply on the 13th day after the auction if your item is still here. For shipping, MANATEE GALLERIES recommends PakMail. These shippers will pick up your items at Manatee Galleries after payment has been received, and will pack, insure and ship to you at your expense. The companies have our catalog and will be able to give you an estimate for shipping when you call or email and give them the lot numbers you are interested in or have successfully purchased. We highly recommend that potential bidders obtain shipping estimates, especially when bidding internationally. You are always welcome to arrange for shipping with any company, as long as they will pick up items at Manatee Galleries.
