All items are sold "as is" and neither D & L Auctions nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the items, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, period, source, origin or historical relevance of the items and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a warranty or representation. D & L Auctions is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in the auction catalog. Prospective bidders should inspect items thoroughly before bidding to make their own determination of condition, size, imperfections, or and any restoration. All sales are final & refunds will not be given - No Exceptions. We do not ship in house or give shipping estimates, we will deliver items to UPS and put them in direct contact with you for you to arrange shipping, for estimates email store2582@theupsstore.com or call (785) 865-0004. D & L Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any merchandise before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. The auctioneer will determine bid increments, and be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not. D & L Auctions accepts absentee bids if you are unable to attend in person, and we will execute bids on your behalf as notified in writing, or by email. To submit absentee bids, provide complete name, and complete contact information including address, telephone number, email address, and refence lot number and respective maximum bid amount. Absentee bids must be submitted by 5:00 pm the day before the auction. No deposit is required, but in the event that property purchased by an absentee bid is not fully paid for within 15 days of the sale, the items may be resold. We prefer absentee bid, but can arrange for a limited number of phone bids. To arrange for a phone bid, please call 785-766-5630 one day prior to auction. Buyer will pay Kansas Sale Tax of 8.7% unless a valid tax ID certificate is provided - No exceptions. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, or credit card. A 12% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids. A 3% discount will be applied for payment made by cash or personal check. Purchasers using a Credit Card will be subject to the full 12% buyer's premium. D & L Auctions reserves the right to hold items paid by check until payment has been cleared by the bank. By bidding at auction, whether present in person or by agent, by absentee bid, telephone or other means, the buyer indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
