Bidding & Ownership
Ownership of merchandise will be of the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will assume all risk and responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. The Auctioneer will determine highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary in a dispute. Auctioneer will make every attempt to adhere to posted bidding increments. Auctioneer has full authority over increments and accepted bids.

Condition of Items Listed
Morphy Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, but all items for sale are "as is" and it is the bidder's responsibility (present or absentee) to determine the exact condition of each item. All items listed are in generally good condition unless described otherwise. This means all items have wear consistent with age and use. Defects and repairs will be specifically mentioned when present. Exact condition will be determined sale day. Morphy Auctions are not responsible for typographical errors. If you have specific questions on the condition of an item, please send your question with the Lot number (not eBay ID number) and brief description via email to mailto:condition@morphyauctions.com


Buyer Premium
A 20% buyers premium will be added to all successful ebay bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase.

Payment
Acceptable payments include Visa/MC. Payments by check, cash, or money order are discounted 2%. Morphy Auctions reserves the right to hold items of payment by personal checks.

Taxes
A 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be collected from Buyers shipping to a Pennsylvania address unless Morphy Auctions has a copy of the purchaser's resale certificate and a completed tax exempt form. A 5% Maryland Sales Tax will be collected from Buyers shipping to a Maryland address unless Morphy Auctions has a copy of the purchaser's resale certificate and a completed tax exempt form.

Contract
Your bid is a contract.
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding.

Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Packing, shipping and insuring items is available and will be billed separately.
