It is the bidder's responsibility (whether in-person, by phone, by mail, or via the internet) to determine the exact condition of each item. No statement in this catalog, sale bill, invoice, or other document by associates of Tristate Auction and Collectibles or the Principle Auctioneer, shall be deemed to warranty, or as representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, importance, rarity, variety, provenance, or historical reference as related to any sale items. Native American Artifacts
If an item already has a certificate from one or more of the following artifact authenticators: Kevin Dowdy, Stermer, Jim Bennett, Jackson, Motley, Davis, Rogers, Dickey, Berner, Baker, Partain, Johnson, Cox, Howard, Putty, Tatum, Fisher, Williams, Sievers, Meadows, E. Rowe or Perino; the sale shall be considered final. Everything else is guaranteed for 1 year to paper by any authenticator living and mentioned above with the exception of items listed as 'Contemporary' 'Decorative'. Any items known to be modernly altered (rechipped or restored) in any way will be listed as such. Any person or buisness with an item eligible for return with request for refund must contact Tristate Auction prior to returning item. Authentication is a matter of scholarship experience and opinion and we welcome you to utilize the experience of your preferred expert for consultation prior to sale. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen bidding or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's "Hammer".

The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Georgia State Sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. You do not pay Georgia Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state.

Payment may be made by cash, personal check, or major credit. Personal checks must clear before any internet items will be shipped. No items will be removed or shipped until paid for.
Any item purchased must be paid in full within 30 days. Ownership of items not paid in full after 30 days will revert to the consigner or Tristate Auction and Collectibles (whichever is applicable), and the winning bid will be canceled. At such time the item may be re-consigned at our discretion.

The liability of Tristate Auction and Collectibles to any purchaser with respect to any item shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the purchaser for any item.


The Tristate Auction and Collectibles or its auctioneers are not responsible for any typographical error or omission in this catalog or publication. Photographs in this catalog are of the actual items being sold. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind made 30 days after sale date unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any individual or group.

Internet and phone bidders will pay a 12% buyer's premium on any successfully executed purchase.

Shipping:
We will ship and insure items purchased through absentee and internet bidding to your wishes. A nominal Shipping and Handling fee will be assessed per package with regards to postage and insurance requirements.

Your bid is a contract:
