Condition

After considering age, with lots that have condition issues beyond what we consider "normal and expected wear and usage", we have tried to point these out in the above general description. We always attempt to point out any flaws or repairs that may affect the value of the lot in question and almost always refrain from using certain positive descriptive language like "all original" or "excellent condition", even though we may sometimes feel that the lot deserves such language.
