This lot contains a 7 inch audio recording disk, being a "Track Idea for Cream," label stained throughout, C. late 1960s, in paper "Audiodiscs" jacket. This original 7 inch lacquer recording contains an original concept by 1960s guitarist Eric Clapton for his well know group, Cream. Cream became the first Rock and Roll supergroup, comprising of guitarist Eric Clapton, bassist Jack Bruce, and drummer Ginger Baker. The band had a short life, forming in 1966 to their breakup in 1968 and explored groundbreaking blues-rock sound, which later took on creative psychedelic overtones.
