Very scarce signed document, fifteen pages, 8.5 x 11, January 1, 1977. In the midst of their heydey, KISS agrees to terms with Casablanca Records, agreeing to produce five albums for the record company with an estimated output of one album every six months. Also stated in the contract are compensation terms, with Casablanca agreeing to give the band up to 17% of the retail sales price on every record sold, as well as terms for album publicity, tour advertising and promotion, and international sales. Uniquely signed by all four members at the conclusion with their full legal names: Gene Simmons (Gene Klien), Paul Stanley (Stanley Eisen), Paul Frehley (Ace Frehley), and Peter Criss (Peter Criscoula). In excellent condition.
