Elvis Presley Incredible Signed Document

A fabulous document with tremendous insight into the King's personal financial standing at a critical juncture in his historic career, presented here is an official Personal & Financial Statement, one page, 8.5 x 14, dated February 8, 1968. Dated exactly one week after the birth of Lisa Marie, Elvis and Priscilla complete this document during their pursuit to purchase their Beverly Hills home on 1174 Hillcrest Drive. A detailed report where Elvis and Priscilla list their assets and liabilities, which at the time were surprisingly small. In total, Elvis accounts for $3,250,000 worth of assets, including $1.4 million in Real Estate (Graceland was valued at a meager $500,000!), $1.5 million in securities, $100,000 in cash, and approximately $250,000 in personal property. Beautifully signed in full at the conclusion by both Elvis and Priscilla in blue ballpoint pen. A significant document, marking the first home that was purchased together by both Elvis and Priscilla; it would become their primary residence for the majority of the tumultuous marriage. In excellent condition. Attractively matted in black suede along with a large engraved descriptive plaque and a handsome 8 x 10 color photo of Elvis. Housed in a custom 25.5 x 28.5 black lacquer frame and ready for prominent display!
