Mickey Mouse Military Watch Design

design by Chet Marshall. This 1973 Walt Disney Productions watch design by Chet Marshall features Mickey Mouse wearing a military helmet while running. Watch-face displays military time. Mixed-media on paper, unsigned, mounted on board. Beneath the artwork is a short typed history of the art design. Artwork measures 10" in diameter, overall size is 22" x 14". Mickey Mouse and other elements are pasted onto the watch-face. There are visible flaws to artwork, however there is some wear on board. NOTES: Chester (Chet) Marshall (1932 - 1974): Graphic artist known for a series of watch-face and poster designs created for Walt Disney Productions and featuring classic Disney characters.
