This cel is from the film The Great Mouse Detective by Walt Disney Studio, made in 1986. It features a large image of Rategan pulling uniforms out of a bag. Gouache on celluloid with Disney stamp lower left and a Disney certificate on the reverse. Matted, cel measures 9 1/2 inches x 13 inches; overall size is 16 inches x 20 inches. No visible wear.
