Bart Simpson is eagerly waiving a towel in this hand painted animation cel from the first season of the groundbreaking primetime animation series "The Simpsons". Bart is drawn with his characteristic blue and orange outfit and signature grin. The numbers "B 45" are written in black marker in the lower right hand corner.
