Walt Disney Scarce Signed Stock Certificate

An extremely important document, presented here is an official stock certificate for Walt Disney Incorporated, one page both sides, August 28, 1964. An attractive stock certificate in which Disney issues 10 shares of stock in the company to his Granddaugter, Joanna Miller, reading in part, "Walter E. Disney, as custodian for Joanna Miller, a minor...is the record holder of ten shares of capital stock of Walt Disney Incorporated." Beautifully signed in full, "Walter E. Disney," on the affixed receipt in black ballpoint pen. An amazing one of only nine signed Walt Disney Incorporated stock certificates in the world, this document undoubtedly stands as perhaps the rarest form of Disney signed document extant.
