Forrest Gump Child's Sailor Shirt Film-Worn

This child's shirt is from the 1994 Tom Hanks movie "Forrest Gump". This shirt is navy blue with white accents on the sleeves, collar and pockets. There is a nautical insignia on the left pocket. It is a size 10 and an inside label reads Early Halloween NYC, Carnegie. An attached tag reads: Little Forrest, Change #3, Scene 7, Interior Principal's Office- Michael Humphrey.
