The Bench from Forrest Gump!

The 1994 dramatic comedy "Forrest Gump" starring Tom Hanks begins with Forrest sitting on this bench holding a box of chocolates. The bench serves as a focal point throughout the film as Forrest tells his life story, weaving from the present to the past. It is made of wood planks, three on the back and four on the seat, held together by three simulated concrete pieces. Attached to the bench backrest is a plaque that says, 'Forrest Gump Bench, Paramount Pictures', authenticating the piece. The overall measurements are 117 in. long, 38 in. high and 25 in. deep.
