Forrest Gump Robe from Film Worn by Tom Hanks

This dark blue corduroy hospital robe was worn by the character Forrest Gump portrayed by Oscar winning actor Tom Hanks in the 1994 motion picture "Forrest Gump". The actor wore the robe in the film in a number of scenes when Forrest had returned from Vietnam and was convalescing in the army hospital. Mr. Hanks received an Academy Award for Best actor for his performance in the film, and "Forrest Gump" received the Academy Award for Best Picture.
