James Caan Coat from Harry & Walter Go To NY

This hobo patched coat was worn by James Caan as Harry Dighby in the film "Harry and Walter go to New York", (1976). The large coat is made of red, green and brown plaid canvas. There are six large wooden buttons, a false shirtfront, collar and bow tie. The chest measures 42 in., the length is 56 in. and the sleeves are 24 in. long. An inside tag reads Western Costume and has James Caan's name. A small banner with the name Harry is sewn inside the coat and was used as part of a a big song and dance number near the beginning of the film. All measurements are approximate. Included is a photocopy of the costume in use. The costume is in very aged condition. Presented in association with JulienEntertainment.com
