Versatile director of "Bringing Up Baby", "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", "Scarface", "The Big Sleep", and many other hit films. Scarce signed document, 14 pages, 8.5 x 14, June 4, 1970. Acting on behalf of Malabar Productions, Inc., Hawks comes to terms with actor Jorge Rivero regarding Rivero's compensation for his role in the film "Rio Lobo". Signed by both Hawks and Rivero at the conclusion in blue ink. Light horizontal impression from folding and light wear along the top edge, otherwise in fine condition.
