Description

A rare nest of five graduated platters on stand, the original full-size were created by William Hunter, 1764. Meyers did extensive research into the art and craft of the silversmith and all this background went into the faithfulness of his reproductions. The oval form with shaped edge gadroon molding, resting on a stepped display stand, each marked with "M", Sterling and Hand Made. Stand 2 5/8" H and W.
