Document reads in small part, "...Robert Stevenson late of York County...was Summoned to answer James Benezett of a plea that he render...Seven hundred and seventy Pounds...lawfull money of Pennsylvania, which...he owes..." Smith boldly pens, "I am not informed. Ja Smith Atty f Deft..." VG. Nicely matted and framed
