DS, "Geo Walton, Chf Justice", 2pp (single sheet), nd, 8vo, Georgia court document regarding a debt owed to Lyman Hall (1724-90), fellow signer of the Declaration of Independence. In part, "...The petition of Lyman Hall Esqr Governor of the said State, and Successor in office to Nathan Brownson...that Robert Walton and William Glascock...are jointly and severally Indebted to your petitioner...in the Sum of Twenty nine pounds...on a note bearing the date...one thousand seven hundred and Eighty one, payable to the said Nathan Brownson and his Successors...for value received..."
