Partly printed DS, as President of Supreme Council of Pennsylvania, 1p, June 27, 1784, oblong 8vo, Philadelphia, pay order to "James Moore...late Major of the first Regiment of the Pennsylvania Line...the sum of twenty two pounds...being one year's interest on his depreciation certificate..." Also signed by John Nicholson, business partner of Robert Morris. Inlaid. Some toning, o/w VG
