A Finely Carved Ivory Wrist Rest*, The concave side deeply carved with figures in various scholarly pursuits in pavilions surrounded by pine trees, all set in a mountainous landscape, the reverse carved in low relief with a bearded gentleman riding a donkey accompanied by a young male servant carrying a large double gourd, the figures approaching a rocky cliff with pine and prunus trees growing from it, with fitted wood stand.
