Various good luck symbols in heavily textured gilt metal, including Hands of Fatima, Italian horns and other designs, unsigned but probably made by Kenneth Jay Lane, circa 1970s. Necklace is 17" around, rest is 8 ½" long, 7 ¾" across. Excellent condition.
