Byzantine-inspired motif of a simulated ruby, sapphires, amethysts and diamonds in antique gilt metal, signed YSL (Yves Saint Laurent), circa 1970s. Triple chain necklace is 24" long, pendant is 4 ½" long, 2 ¾" wide. Excellent condition although chain may not be original to the piece.
