Floral brooch with a large (27 x 20mm) custom cut synthetic ruby, two cabochon amethysts and four cabochon iolites in sterling silver, signed OM'S 925, 2" square. The brooch is suspended from a rigid neck ring signed Mexico 925, adjustable to 18 ½". Excellent condition.
