A CONTINENTAL FRENCH THEMED PAINTING ON CANVAS
Early 20th Century, previously wall mounted.
The whimsical scene of the exterior of a pub with a young maiden serving a cavalier ale. She dressed in a corseted short dress and he in a feathered hat, sword and knee high leather riding boots all in a rustic scene of pale blue, pink, gold, brown and yellow.
Very good condition, with small 2 inch tear on left side. 97 x 62 inches ( 246.4 x 157 cm)
