This particular auction lot is from the books that have been sent to us by Mann Library, not from the BTI library de-accession. Coincidentally, Mann has included many antique and scarce botany titles as well as approximately 1,200 cookbooks. Condition/Details:This scarce volume provides an outline of successful business practices for running a restaurant, including tips on the right location, decoration, management and personnel, food, bookkeeping, advertising, and more. The author was the president of the Alice Foote MacDougall Coffee Shops. Bound in navy cloth with lovely gilt lettering. Some light wear to the outside, binding and hinges are sturdy, the pages are clean with some light toning.
