Massive Carved American Oak Throne Chair. High carved back with North Wind crest over ribbon carving and oval pierced center medallion with swirling leaves and C-scrolls, spiral turned side posts topped with pineapple finials. Concave arms have a nice patina over quarter sawn grain and heads at the knuckle of the arms, over long turned front legs and stretchers. In excellent condition with no breaks or repairs. 65 in. High x 27 x 25
