The Ward Brothers, Lemuel T. (1896-1983) and Stephen (1895-1976) Crisfield, MD, c. 1936 A solid cedar decoy with a "P" and a "WHP JR" brand for the William Purnell collection.

Retains a second coat of Ward paint, c. 1950, an old reset tail chip and a bill chip.
