Rosewood Wall Screen
Chinese. A four-panel wall screen in rosewood, each panel with a silk embroidery depicting birds and insects amidst flowering branches, housed in a pierced and carved wooden frame with floral mother of pearl inlay. Each panel ht. 58.75 in. (149 cm), wd. 22.5 in. (57 cm).

Minor losses of mother-of-pearl. There are also several large age cracks in the wood on the back side; one age crack has been repainted.
