In generally good, age appropriate condition, some loss to paint on clock face near the 12, to say that the finial support on the top is split having lost the back part, see pictures. The bottom finial is missing, there is wear on the bottom right corner of the box around the clock face itself. The clock is in non working order, missing the weight unknown beyond that.
