Artist: MARCELLIN AUZOLLE (1862-1942) Size: 39 1/2 x 54 1/2 in./100.2 x 138.6 cm Imp. Vercasson, Paris Since 1876, Raynal & Roquelaure have provided the citizens of France with tasty canned foods. While today the options are less adventurous, here we see a chef surrounded by potted truffles, cassoulet, custard, and foies gras.
