Artist: CHARLES LIVINGSTON BULL (1874-1932) Size: 20 1/8 x 30 1/8 in./51.2 x 76.5 xm Heywood, Strasser & Voight, N.Y. In his practical-minded design, Bull puts forth the opinion that Americans really ought to eat more fish since they–as opposed to farm-raised livestock–"feed themselves" without draining any other vital resources during wartime.
