Description Early 1950s. Complete. This piece is a product of the Syracuse Ornamental Company of Syracuse, NY. Free of chips, cracks, and still retains its original paint. Some old overpaint to waiter's head. Condition (Very Good - Excellent). Size 8" T. Condition report(Very Good - Excellent).
